STUD SERVICE AND CONDITIONS
We have four Stud Dogs available to approved females. Each of
our boys offer new bloodines, with some outstanding dogs in
their pedigree. It is important for us as breeders to have
a new gene pool to choose from so that we maintain
our beautiful breed without resorting to inbreeding.
Our Stud dog are either Canadian Champions or have almost aquired their conformation title. All of the dogs have their CD. Two of them have their Working Certificate.

Lueo Golden Retrievers maintains a high standard of the Breed and as such has the following requirements.
1) We would like to see any female prior to breeding. Failing that because of long distance, we request two photos of her, showing her face and a side view of the dog set up.
2) We require that the female be either registered with the Canadian Kennel Club or the American Kennel Club.
3) We require five generation pedigree of your female
4) She must have her hips clearance certified by O.V.C. Or OFA. Have a current eye clearance and heart cleared of any heart defect and be certified by a cardiologist.
5) She must have a Vaginal Culture and Sensitivity to ensure that she does not have an infection which could very well leave a stud dog sterile. Also ensuring that she does not have an infection which hinder her conceiving and have a litter of puppies.
We must receive copies of all of the above mentioned documents before we will agree to breed your female to any of our stud dogs.
We strongly recommend doing Progesterone Blood Level testing to determine the optimum time for breeding and to ensure a litter of puppies.
STUD FEE IS PAYABLE AT TIME OF SERVICE, (not after), and is payable by certified check or money order.
This stud fee intitles you to three breedings. It guarantees a litter of two live puppies. If your females does not have a litter of puppies or only has one puppy, the stud fee intitles you to One return stud service with the same female or another one of your choice bred back to the same stud dog.
If your feamale requires boarding, it is included in the stud service up to and including 5 days; beyond that period of time a boarding fee will be charged.
When the litter is born, we will sign the litter registration for this litter. Our stud contract clearly states that you will agree to register the litter and the individual puppies with the Canadian Kennel Club or the Kennel Club of your own country. Also that the puppies of this litter sired by our stud dog will be sold as pets to be neutered or spayed. That none of the offspring of our stud dogs will be sold to pet stores, puppy mills, or to the Far Eastern Countries.
If your female is being flown by air, then we will pick her up at the airport and ship back to you after breeding. The cost of transportation is your responsibility including the cost to and from the airport.
All our dogs have their Hips, Eyes and Heart Clearances. They have current vaccinations and brucellosis testing. Each dog has current sperm count to ensure reliable breeding.
